We are automating the pulling of information related to a property sale, aiming to reduce the need to manually action tasks or contact government departments for more information.
We would like to obtain the current status of a lot's pool safety certificate or if the lot is currently under a building certificate. Where applicable, we would like to pull the current PDF of a lots pool safety certificate or otherwise their building certificate.
This would greatly aid in our ability to accurately complete property sales and relevant forms and ultimately reduce the reliance on government resources.
