Resolution check
Hi - this dataset mentions that it is to a 2.4m resolution however when loading it up it doesn't look to be. I'm unsure if we are using the wrong settings but looking at the XML it looked right.

(I was trying to include the QLD basemaps in the Brisbane City Council open data website)
Hi Yvonne. The source data matches the service description and is consistent with the imagery we received. The imagery corresponds to the metadata provided by our supplier, Planet, at the time of data acquisition.
It's important to note that there are a couple of reasons why the imagery detail might not be as high as anticipated:
Planet uses a global coordinate system for their basemaps, where the ground sample distance (GSD) is 2.4 meters at the equator. This means that the GSD grows larger as the distance from the equator increases.
Also, back in 2017, the satellites used by Planet had a range of capturing resolutions, approximately from 2.4 meters to over 3 meters. Consequently, the resulting imagery detail varies, with some locations having lower resolution than others.
If that service doesn’t meet your needs the full list of imagery services are described in this article with links
