Questions for clarity and suggestion for additional field.
Hello,
I have several questions.
Can you please define what "Registration New Business" field actually means? I assume it is first time registrations?
Many of these entries by year are clearly registrations of old or second hand boats or perhaps older boats that have been bought into QLD from out of state.
It would be very useful to be able to differentiate between actual new vessels registered and new registrations applied to old vessels.
Is it possible to add another field for year of manufacture in the next data release perhaps?
This would help greatly to identify consumer trends over time.
It would also be useful to include the registration postcode field too like is present in the total QLD registration database. That would allow analysis of consumer trends by region.
Lastly when will the updated data set be released?
