Bushfire prone area - Vegetation hazard class - South East Queensland

This product is the vector smoothed version of State-wide mapping of the Vegetation Hazard Class (VHC). The VHC is an input to the State-wide Bushfire Hazard Area (Bushfire Prone Area) mapping (July 2017) prepared by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) in conjunction with the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service (QFES). The VHC can also be used to support localised or site level assessments of the Bushfire Bushfire Prone Area.This Vegetation Hazard Class download pack contains data for the South East Queensland including the following local government areas: Brisbane City Council, Gold Coast City Council, Ipswich City Council, Lockyer Valley City Council, Logan City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Scenic Rim Regional Council, Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Noosa Shire Council and Redland City Council.
