-To identify how many patients at GCUH are not discharged by their EDD therefore increasing the length of stay (LOS). -The data will be used to highlight inadequate patient flow systems currently in place. -Initiate a trial project to improve patient flow, reduce LOS therefore reducing costs to the Health service
