Land Valuation

Hi, I would like to know the land valuation from my property ID 4003395 , 43 Lakeview Dve, Alloway 4670, from 2004, as we are planning on selling soon and will be required to pay capital gains tax on land over 2 ha. In our case that will be 16 ha and I need to know how much the land has increased in value so I can estimate what tax we may have to pay. Thank you.
