Dear Mr Agius,

As the QBCC's open data register is limited to the register of currently licensed individuals and entities, you would need to make a Right to Information application, using the form available from our website: https://www.qbcc.qld.gov.au/about-right-information

Information regarding how to submit the application is available on that page.

Kind Regards,

2019.8

Hello, thanks for your feedback. I’m actually chasing a version previously issued which still lists as “Public” and “Open” in the activity stream. The version which is public data is 2019.8, however the link to download isn’t on any previous data for some reason unlike the rest of the site.

Can you please send a link to download or provide the public file via email?

Hi Mark,

The information contained in this dataset is the most recently generated list of licensees, which are created and updated on a monthly basis. In order to limit the possibility that inaccurate or incorrect is published on this register, the QBCC does not make historical versions of this list available through Open Data.

The version number listed on the page is largely arbtirary and does not reflect the date of publication, however your comment has been noted and the version will be updated to reflect the current year/month combination.

If you are seeking information about a particular licensee, the QBCC online licence search contains the most up to date information, and the licence history section contains historical licence actions.

Kind Regards,

My apologies, my previous reply should have read

"In order to limit the possibility that inaccurate or incorrect DATA is published on this register, the QBCC does not make historical versions of this list available through Open Data."
