I'm assuming you're talking about the data set found here:

Once you have clicked on the 'Data and Resource' link you will then need to click on the URL:
http://qldspatial.information.qld.gov.au/catalogue/custom/search.page?q=%22Bathymetric%20LiDAR%20for%20Sunshine%20Coast%22

Once here you will then need to click 'Download Dataset' button, which will prompt you for your email address and you will need to accept the terms and conditions before your download will start.
