My uncle, Thomas Henry Wells, migrated from England to Australia in the late 1920s/early 1930s and lived in Queensland until his death in 1970. He has many descendants there who have no idea of the exact date of his arrival. I have discovered a record in the Queensland, Australia, Immigration Indexes, 1848-1972 which shows a Thomas Henry Wells arriving in Queensland on the SS Euripides on the 13 September 1926 and I am interested to know if it is my uncle. If there is any further information such as DoB, Ports of Departure & Arrival etc then this may prove it one way or the other.
