Geological Survey of Queensland who manage this type of data have provided the following response:
GSQ do not currently have a complete dataset containing a listing of all deviated wells within Queensland with their associated sub surface deviation surveys.
The best way to obtain this information is from the relevant wells’ well completion report in GSQ Open Data Portal: https://geoscience.data.qld.gov.au/ if it is available. (It has not always been a legislative requirement in the past to supply the surveyed path of the well or bore to the department.)
Another option might be to contact operators direct and see if they are willing to supply these datasets.
