Hi Eileen,

Are you having trouble accessing the Open Data Portal via Digital ID? If so, clearing your browser's cookies may help resolve issues with using your Digital Identity.

You'll need to follow these steps before trying again:

- Clearing your browser's stored cookies, site data, and cache. You can do this through your browser settings or your device app settings.
