I am scoping a housing research study investigating rental affordability, and would like to know whether quarterly rental bond lodgements, holdings and refunds data, broken down to the postcode or suburb level, is available for Queensland. The Rental Tenancies Authority and Associated Open Data Portal entry suggest that this data should be available quarterly, however the data has not been updated since 2015.
