Currently listed covid-19 hotspots

Hello, I'm looking to design and build a service for people to be able to securely compare their google location history against the list of known covid-19 exposure sites. This would only need the dataset that powers the current list at https://www.qld.gov.au/health/conditions/health-alerts/coronavirus-covid-19/current-status/contact-tracing Which I would then use google to do a geo-lookup on the place, and compare the times and locations against a person's location history.
