Quarry Material Allocation Notices - Dates of Issue

Dear Sir/Madam

I am searching for some information on Quarry Material Allocation Notices (QMAN). Specifically, I am searching for the dates in which these notices were originally issued.

I have been able to locate a list of all active QMANs in Queensland via https://www.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/water-entitlements, however that list does not show dates. Is there any publicly available resource where I can find out the original issue dates?
