Air quality and meteorological data for 1996 to 2020 period

Hi, I am a PhD student working on cardiovascular disease hospitalisations and I need access to air quality and meteorological data for 1996 to 2020 period for all monitoring stations of the South-East Queensland region. I understand that we can already access the data for 2010 and onwards, but I would appreciate if I can get access to just the preceding years or a consolidated dataset for the whole time period.
