Vehicle registration data including make and model by postcode

I'm currently writing my Thesis which considers the applicability of an alternative driver eye height for use in rural and remote areas. I need a data set for all the registered vehicles in Queensland. The data set is essentially the same as the currently available light vehicle registration data sets but I also need it to include the postcode filter so I can geographically define changes in driver eye height. Can that be compiled?
