Land systems - western arid region land use study - part 6, Desert Channels - HWA2
This dataset is a Land Systems map of the Western Arid Region Land Use Area- Part 6 of 6 in the Desert Channels. The mapping covers the Bedourie, Betoota, Birdsville, Boulia, Brighton Downs, Glenormiston, Machattie, Mackunda, Mount Whelan and Springvale 1: 250,000 map sheets and was last updated in 2008. The mapping is at a scale of 1: 500,000 and 31 Land Systems were identified. The region forms part of the Eromanga Basin within the Great Artesian Basin.
