Queensland Exploration Geochemistry Data update - 2024 Version

The 2024 release is the most recent version of Queensland Exploration Geochemistry Data compilation with an additional 639,000 data points added by Map to Mine Pty Ltd since the 2022 data release. The new version maintains data compatibility with Microsoft Access using the same Explorer3 Database Management System tables, which was originally designed by Terra Search Pty Ltd. The Explorer3 data structure captured all geochemical attributes and is a great system of recording all the metadata.

Changes to the current data release:

1. Additional 639,000 data points
2. Transform the AGD66 projection to GDA2020 projection. The projection transformation is based on the ICSM (2018) and methodology and QA/QC procedures by Map to Mine Pty Ltd is attached.
3. As the database for the Whole of Queensland Exploration Geochemistry Data package_2024, and Northeast Queensland Ravenswood and Cape York Data package_2024 exceed the size limit for Microsoft Access, some tables are split into daughter files. A Linking Database instruction accompanies each folder to link daughter files.
