Queensland Imagery Natural Disaster Optical QG Restricted Time-Series Service

A restricted time-series service that displays optical spatial imagery over Queensland areas affected by historic natural disaster events captured from satellite, manned aircraft, or remotely piloted (drone) platforms.Natural disaster events include flood, bushfire, earthquake, tropical cyclone, storm, tornado, storm surge, landslide, tsunami, volcanic activity, meteorite strike, or other significant weather occurrence.Optical imagery is acquired by sensors from the visible (red, green, blue), near-infrared, and mid-infrared regions of the electromagnetic spectrum and is displayed in this service in either natural colour or false colour combinations to enhance visual image interpretation.Please note the use of this image service and the imagery data contained is restricted under licence to Queensland Government agencies, Government-owned Corporations, and Local Government Authorities for the purposes of internal use.Internal use means the right to use Imagery by a party or consultant of that party only for purposes for that party, without the right to distribute, assign or sublicense the use of Imagery. Hard copy products and non-editable images (e.g. PDF files) containing the Imagery may be created and distributed provided there is no charge and revenue is not generated to offset any free distribution (e.g. advertising). The use of this service in public facing viewing systems is not permitted. Under end user licence obligations the attribution text shown in the “Copyright Text” field must be included on any copies of the licensed data however they are altered, reformatted or redisplayed.Please note: to access the authenticated WMS service a Built-In account is needed, which needs to set-up via OpenData@dnrme.qld.gov.au
