Queensland Imagery Natural Disaster Optical Public Time-Series Service

A time series service that displays optical 8-bit spatial imagery over Queensland areas affected by historic natural disaster events captured from satellite, manned aircraft, or remotely piloted (drone) platforms. This service is designed to provide access to the state Remotely Sensed Image Library collection of publicly available natural disaster satellite imagery over Queensland. Natural disaster events include flood, bushfire, earthquake, tropical cyclone, storm, tornado, storm surge, landslide, tsunami, volcanic activity, meteorite strike, or other significant weather occurrences. The service is dynamic and can be used to filter and display individual imagery projects. The projects range from 5cm to 10m resolution. Accuracy is dependent on the individual projects. Periodical updates will be made to the service as new projects are released to the public domain. Projects are visible at scales 1:50,000, 1:250,000 and 1:500,000.
