The nineteenth edition of Queensland's major mineral, coal and petroleum operations and resources map was updated in October 2019. The Map shows the Major mining operations and mineral resources under the categories of Metals, Industrial minerals and rocks and Gemstones. The Map also shows the Major coal and petroleum operations and resources under the categories of Coal, Conventional petroleum regions, Coal seam gas, Oil shale, Pipeline, LNG and Export Port. The map product is available to all government agencies, industry and the public for reference.

Nineteenth Edition, Updated October 2019. All sites are displayed on a base map of the following Basins: Mesazoic and Cenozoic, Late Paleozoic to Early Mesozoic with Undercover basins (Cooper and Bowen basins), Mid Paleozoic Drummond, Paleozoic fold belt, Early Paleozoic Georgina, Neoproterozoic fold belt (Anakie Inlier) and Middle Proterozoic fold belts.
