The MOUNT WHELAN Mine map was published in 1977, charted in 1978 at 1:250 000 as part of the 1:250 000 series to administer permit and permit related spatial information. The map was maintained internally as a provisional office chart and is located within the MOUNT WHELAN (6550, 6551, 6650, 6651, 6750, 6751) 1:100 000 map areas.
The map product is available to all government agencies, industry and the public for reference.
