Hodgkinson Province Geology 1:500000 Geology Map Second Edition 1997

The Hodgkinson Province Geology special map was published in 1997 at 1:500 000 as part of the Geological Special 1:500 000 series to provide an interpretation of known surface geology information. This map was prepared by the Department of Mines and Energy, Queensland in collaboration with the Australian Geological Survey Organisation (AGSO) and Department of Primary Industries and Energy, Canberra. It encompasses the 1:250 000 sheets Cape Melville, Cooktown, Mossman, Atherton and parts of Ebagoola, Hann River, Walsh, Cairns and Innisfail. The map product is available to all government agencies, industry and the public for reference.
