The current report is the Annual and Final Activities Report for EPM 22509 Sandman 11 tenement, for the year six (6) reporting period (1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021). This Final Annual Tenure Report has been submitted by UTM Global Ltd (UTM) on behalf of the tenure holder, Oresome Australia Pty Ltd (Oresome) and joint venture partner Ozore Resources (Ozore).

On the 8 September 2014 Oresome Australia Pty Ltd (wholly owned by Metallica Minerals Ltd at the inception of the project) entered into a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with a private Chinese investor, Ozore Resource Pty Ltd over the Cape York HMS and Bauxite Project. The JV is held 50% by Oresome and 50% by Ozore.

In 2019, Oresome was purchased from Metallica Minerals, with the JV remaining in place. Although exploration was planned for 2019-2020, the Covid-19 pandemic interrupted exploration across all tenements. The permit status became non current on 9 November 2022 due to non payment of the annual rent.
