EPM26940 FINAL REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 04 FEBRUARY 2024

This report summarises exploration activity from EPM 26940 throughout its period of tenure from 5 February 2019 to 4 February 2024. The tenement was held by Mawson Queensland Pty Ltd, the parent company of which is Southern Cross Gold Ltd. Mawson explored for large iron oxide copper gold and Broken Hill type, Cannington style deposits within the tenement. Work included drilling of a single diamond drillhole, MQDDH001 to 849.7 metres with a rotary mud pre collar to 420 metres. The hole targeted a combined magnetic and gravity anomaly modelled with new geophysical data collected in 2019 under Round 2 of the CEI grants. This drillhole was then logged in detail, sampled and assayed. No significant base or precious metal intersections were made, although copper, arsenic, zinc and silver anomalism below 750 metres was intersected in addition to a shallower significant fault zone, perhaps related to the extensions of the Cloncurry Fault system. No compelling drill targets remain within the tenement. As a consequence Mawson surrendered EPM 26940 upon expiration.
