EPM27827 ROSE GREEN FINAL REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 20 OCTOBER 2022

Continental Copper Pty Ltd (Continental Copper) holds EPM 27827 covering 206.3km2, the Rose Green Project, 73km NW of Cloncurry in the Mt Isa inlier. The Mt Isa inlier is the premier Zn-Pb-Cu region in the world with the Mt Isa deposit in the Western Fold Belt hosting 150Mt at 7%Zn, 6%Pb and 150 g/t Ag and 421Mt at 1.6% Cu and Cannington reporting 44Mt at 11% Pb, 4.4% Zn and 540 g/t Ag in the Eastern Fold Belt. Increasingly the inlier has become the focus of Cu-Au exploration following the discovery of the 254 Mt 1.1% Cu and 0.6 g/t Au, Ernest Henry deposit, undercover to the south of Continental Copper acreage.

The Mt Isa Inlier comprises a central Kalkadoon-Leichhardt basement block flanked by the Eastern and Western fold belts (Hutton, Denaro, Dhnaram, & and Derrick, 2012). EPM 27827 lies within the Eastern Fold Belt to the east of the large Dugald River Pb-Zn and to the NW of the Ernest Henry IOCG, Cu-Au deposits.

This report is a review of all available exploration, geophysical and research data.

There is no outcrop within EPM 27827. There has been significant metal exploration including 28 percussion drill holes totaling 3,828 metres and airborne and ground magnetics, gravity and EM.

Following a review of the available data, the licence would appear to offer little potential with only drillhole BMP005 on the eastern boundary of the licence area showing anomalous copper. This anomalous sample was within a sand of likely Mesozoic age at the contact with Proterozoic basement, which was not mineralized.

It is recommended that the licence be surrendered.
