PFL20 ANNUAL REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 27 APRIL 2016

PFL 20 was granted on 27 April 2011 for the construction and operation of a Liquefied Natural Gas Facility on Curtis Island. ConocoPhillips Australia has been appointed as operator of the Facility. This annual report is lodged by ConocoPhillips Australia on behalf of the titleholders in accordance with section 552 of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 (Qld). Authorised activities carried out in the period 28 April 2015 to 27 April 2016 were: - Completed procurement for the commissioning phase. - Completed commissioning of six Train 1 refrigeration compressors. - Completed commissioning of all Train 1 liquefaction systems. - Completed construction and commissioning of all common facilities systems. - Completed construction and commissioning of both the LNG tanks. - First LNG Cargo from Train 1. - Construction and commissioning of Train 2. - All environmental permits required to operate the facility have been granted.
