During the first year of tenure, exploration activities in Gilberton1 include a review of geoscience data and the reprocessing of available geophysical data. In the second year of tenure, 24 rock chips from outcropping pegmatite and veins/breccias were collected for geochemical assay. Rock chip assays contained no anomalous Li or base metals eg Cu Au Ag Zn. A lack of anomalous Li or base metals is one of the reasons for relinquishing EPM 27764 Gilberton 1.
