EPM27695 AGATE CREEK FINAL REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 10 MAY 2022

URL: https://geoscience.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/cr131368

The tenement of 60 contiguous units was granted to Plutonic on 22 April 2021 for a period of five years. EPM 27695 was applied for to explore for intrusion-related epithermal gold mineralisation on the same gravity ridge as the large Kidston gold mine and at the SE end of the Agate Creek Intrusive complex, the northern end of which is related to the Agate Creek gold mine. The tenement is part of Plutonics broader Georgetown Superproject that consists of EPMs 27691, 27692, 27694, 27695, 27789, 27791 and 27793. A brief field visit was completed to assess access conditions during the first year of tenure but other planned field activities were curtailed due to border closures and other restrictions put in place to stop the spread of COVID19. Desktop studies and a review of historical exploration and data failed to identify sufficiently compelling targets on EPM 27695 to justify further work in this area. Plutonic will instead focus on its Tier 1 targets elsewhere within the broader project area and is committed to undertaking significant work programs on EPMs 27691 and 27692. EPM 27695 was surrendered on 10 May 2022.
