This study, conducted by the Sustainable Minerals Institute - SMI - as part of the Queensland Government New Economy Minerals Initiative - NEMI - reviews the key geological components of the silica deposit process models, with reference to the geological settings of Queensland, and sets out areas considered as prospective for discovery of further Si resources.
