EPM 26758 ‘Hillgrove’ was granted to Archer Resources Limited (Archer) on August 28th, 2018 in respect of 20 sub-blocks. Archer changed its name to Auburn Resources Limited (Auburn) in 2017. Auburn is a subsidiary of DGR Global Limited and holds exploration tenements within the Hawkwood and Three Sisters Projects in southeast Queensland (Figure 1).
The Hawkwood Project comprises 10 granted EPM’s (18534, 25948, 26013, 26245, 26248, 26523, 26526, 26529, 26758, 27217) and 4 EPM’s under application (27403, 27404, 27405, 27406) and has been specifically formed to explore for Magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE sulphide type mineral systems that are related to Permian-age layered mafic and ultramafic intrusive complexes. Extensive surface geochemical sampling combined with Airborne VTEM Max conductivity surveys have identified spatially coincident Cu-Ni-PGE anomalism and conductive bodies at the Jack Shay, Calrossie, Quaggy and Delubra gabbro complexes. EPM 26758 ‘Hillgrove’ is the southernmost EPM within the project and covers an isolated interpreted ultramafic intrusion southwest of the Delubra Gabbro.
Auburn has made the decision to not renew this EPM and details of full surrender are contained
