Exploration Permit for Coal (EPC) 2286 referred as the Don Juan project, was granted on the 31st of May 2011 for a period of four (4) years and then renewed for a four (4) years on the 31st of May 2015. The last renewal of the tenement under a formal renewal process has been approved on 7th of May 2019 to cover the period from 31st of May 2019 to 30th of May 2023.
