PL 412 LUCKY GULLY 4 WELL ABANDONMENT REPORT

Lucky Gully 4 was a vertical exploration well that was hydraulically stimulated through plug and perforation method. This well is no longer required for exploration purposes. The following data listed in Table 7 - Logging summary and Well Test has been omitted from the body of this well abandonment report as data has been previously submitted in the well completion report dated 26 Oct 2010.
