PL 226, OER TALINGA 291, WELL COMPLETION REPORT

TAL291 was drilled vertically in the PL226 permit to produce gas from the Walloon coal seams in the Talinga Field. The wellbore intersected 3 coal measures within the Walloon Subgroup, with the potential to produce coal seam gas. The total net coal is estimated 29.29 metres. TAL291 was drilled & suspended as a future production well. Swellable Packers in conjunction with blank joints were used to isolate interburden and minor coal seams.
