Child protection orders by order type by Indigenous status by parental agreement by length of order
Children subject to ongoing intervention by order type by Indigenous status by parental agreement by length of order. Ongoing intervention is required when it has been determined that a child is in need of protection. The department may intervene through the use of a court assessment order, child protection order, or may work with parental agreement through an intervention with parental agreement.
