Collects time series Physochemical In-situ parameter readings every ten minutes for 2016.

Yellow in colour, this is a floating 0.9 m diameter Buoy anchored within the tidal zone at the “Ferry Crossing” approximately 16 Km from the mouth of Baffle Creek.

Water column depth at this position is approximately 8.0 meters. Readings are taken from submersed YSI EXO2 instrument at the depth displayed in the data (below water surface).See YSI website for instrument accuracy, method of operation etc.
The Buoy also collects current velocities. This data is collected in time series at ten minute intervals from an Aanderra ZPulse Doppler Current Sensor (Model 4420). The instrument is placed beneath the Buoy on its mooring line, approximately 1.0 meter below the surface of the water.
