Product Title - the full title of the product, publication or service. 
Price Type - Fee = where the fee needs to be calculated and may be a reflection of the legislation; Free = a non-regulatory product or service where the there is no fee attached; Nil = as prescribed in the legislation against 'nil' (no fee attached); POA (price on application) = where the fee needs to be calculated to determine cost; Price Point = where there is a price attached.
GST Code - SG = GST taxable (10%); SF = GST-free (excluding exports); SI = Exempt (Input taxed); SX = GST-free exports; SZ = Out of scope; 12 = Free
Product Type - Product = a commodity produced by the department; Product Series = a number of publications related by theme, title or price; Product in Series - products that are grouped under a Product Series; Product Licence = licence used to determine the products conditions of use; Service = an activity provided by the department.
EAN/ISBN - European Article Number/International Standard Book Number = Product barcode (*Note: Please change field to 'number'format).
Publisher - the publisher of the product, recorded at time of production.
Abstract - description of the product, publication, service or series.
Format - primary format the product, publication or service can be presented in.
Extent Category - applied to spatial data or mapping to categorise an area.
Extent name - applied to spatial data or mapping - defines the area of coverage. 
Scale - applied to spatial data or mapping - defines the scale of the product.
Act - Name of the Acts administered by the department (as outlined in the Administrative Arrangements Order) which delegates the agency to deliver the product, publication or service.
Regulation - Name of the subordinate legislation (Regulation) under the relevant Act, which delegates the agency to deliver the product, publication or service.
Regulation Section - Each Regulation and Act could comprise of chapters, parts, divisions, sub-divisions, sections. 
Regulation Legislation - the exact wording for fees as used in the legislation administered by the department.
