This data, the statewide annual cumulative antibiogram, includes: - the number of isolates tested and the percentage that were susceptible for given organism-antibiotic combinations. - organism-antibiotic combinations where there are more than 30 isolates tested and where the combination is clinically relevant. - the first isolate per patient per specimen for urine, blood and other (not urine or blood) specimens.
