H2O Hub by RoboRoyals

Team RoboRoyals from the Sunshine Coast was awarded the 2019 GovHack Youth Prize for proposing an application that tracks and monitors household water usage.

H2O Hub works by attaching sensors to household water sources and appliances to record data on how and when water is being used.  The project then proposes that this data is analysed and presented in a user-friendly way such as a web or phone app or dashboard.

H2O hub intends to partner with councils and local businesses to offer a rewards program for users who maintain efficient water usage.
